ok so on my computer when you turn it on theres 2 users one for my parents and one for me and my brother and on mine every time i got on internet i type in what website i want to go to and it says it couldn't open the website because there could be a virus and spam and all this and i click details about it and it said if i want to get the Cirrus scan its 50 dollars!!!!!
